Students learn the importance of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and instrumention involved. Global Positioning Systems (GPS) instruments are of vital importance in GIS studies.
FM Transmitter (2 & 3)
What is FM Transmitter? The FM Transmitter is a hand-held gadget, which can transform audio signal into FM signals of four bands. Students learn more about this common but very important piece of equipment.
Single Piston Air Engine (2 & 3)
Students begin machining and putting together an air-powered, single-piston motor.
Electronic Robot (1 & 4)
Robots are next-generation helpers. Remember the sci-fi Terminator II? Students will be eager to say "I'll be back!"
K-Nex Tower/Water Treatment (4 & 5)
Environment around us is so important, we all know. Water: we cant do without it. Students learn how drink water is treated/softened.
Dynamic Web Page (5 & 6)
"You have a webpage, coooool !!" Heard that, haven't you? Now students have the chance to develop a web page for themselves. Making a dynamic page?? That's so very coooooool !!
Internal Combustion (IC) Engines are big and strong equipment. Students learn to judge the performance of an IC engine by measuring torque, speed, fuel flow, air flow etc. They determine consumption of power and fuel to determine efficiency. Now that's techie, right? Welcome to the world of engineering and technology :)
