Mahdi Farrokh Baroughi |

Dr. Baroughi is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the South Dakota State University (SDSU). His major research interests include third generation photovoltaics, large area electronics, nanoscale and molecular electronics, and nanotechnology. Dr. Baroughi is the founder of the Photovoltaic Device and Material Characterization (PDMC) Lab at SDSU. He is a member of Advanced Photovoltaics Group at SDSU, Photoactive Nanoscale Systems Group, IEEE, and Material Research Society.
