The mission of the SDSU Computer Science Program is to provide a highly respected, rigorous and practical professional education for our students; to conduct meaningful research, which broadens the base of computer science knowledge; and to provide technological assistance to existing and emerging business, industry and government. The mission of this program is consistent with the major emphases of Computer Science programs nationwide.
