On-line CPSS Scholarship application  (http://cpss.sdstate.edu/general/scholfrm.htm )

The CPSS Scholarships are made available through the support of CPSS member and associate member companies.  The intended recipients are those EE and ME students interested in the power engineering area.  To learn more about the CPSS, see its homepage : http://cpss.sdstate.edu For questions about the CPSS, contact the coordinator, Dr. Steven Hietpas.

Applications are accepted between the first day of classes (each semester) and midterm (sometimes even up to a few weeks before the end of the semester).  Scholarships are awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.  Applications are reviewed by the CPSS Coordinator at midterm and up to a few week prior to the end of the semester until all funds are disbursed.

Additional funds made available to students participating in power-related activities

EE 435 Stipends - $50-$150

These stipends are for students enrolled in the EE 435 Seminar in Power Systems course. The amount of the stipend depends on the number of students enrolled in the course and the number of field trips taken. Typically these funds are used to offset expenses incurred when traveling on field trips.
