We did not quite get far enough in lecture for your to complete Problem 4.2
and Problem 4.4 (unless read the reading assignment).  We will fully explain
those two problem in class on Friday, January 30th.

Problems 4.1-4.4.  Additionally, for these problems tell me if your minimal POS solution 
	           equals your minimal SOP solution.  If not, show me under what input conditions.
