6.1, 6.2, 6.23

Also consult the circuit for a 74x148 priority encoder and contrast it you your solution for propblem 6.23. Hopefully both are correct, and you should be able to both justify and explain why one approach is better. Hint: The difference is more than just the active levels on inputs and/or outputs.

Also Look at problem 6.3 (the answer is in your book). You do not need to hand this in, but it would make a good quiz/test question.
