with emphasis in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

The MS program in Mechanical Engineering, as of Fall of 2007, has twenty active graduate students enrolled in the program. Three students are being supported through assistantships by the department. Length of study for the MS degree, on the average, varies between eighteen to twenty-four months. Usually, three graduate courses are offered each semester by the department. Active research areas by graduate faculty include multi-body dynamics, finite-element analysis, geothermal, industrial energy utilization and assessment, thermofluids and heat transfer, and bioenergy.
